Robert Hawkesworth FRPS
Whilst Robert is happy to photograph any aspect of Natural History, his preferred subjects are botanical, especially flowers. In the Autumn he enjoys taking fungi, which certainly provide a real challenge for the lighting is particularly critical. Both flowers and fungi require a great deal of attention to their backgrounds, which can make or mar the picture.
Sea stock (Matthiola sinuata). An uncommon plant of the coast it appears to enjoy growing in pure sand. 20-35 mm lens at approximately 28mm, f16.
